appliances and accessories, today announced that Elizabeth L. Gibbs has been
appointed Vice President, General Counsel of the Company.
Prior to joining Aaron Rents, Ms. Gibbs was Corporate Counsel, Business
Operations/Merchandising for Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. She has been in corporate
and private practice for 20 years.

A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and Boston University School of
Law, Ms. Gibbs has held legal positions of increasing responsibility in both
New York law firms and publicly-held and private companies located in New York
City and Atlanta. Prior to joining Home Depot, Ms. Gibbs served as Vice
President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Athlete's Foot
Stores, LLC from 2000 to 2005.
